Lost tie
Reply #10 on : Thu April 15, 2010, 11:42:37
Greetings:

I am a Janitor at Ripon St, Aylesbury in the Province of Buckinghamshire and when clearing up after a meeting came across a tie from your Lodge, which had been lying around the changing room for some time apparently. If you know who may have left it please get in contact and I will send it back.

Hello Brothers,

Fraternal greetings from Lodge Albert 448 Dundee!

I have had an email from a good friend and Brother in Pensylvania. He is trying to obtain any information he can on his family, some of which hail from the Linlithgowshire area. If any information is available I'm sure he'd appreciate it immensely!

Many thanks,
Peter Taylor PM Albert 448

Hi Peter,

These are the ones I was talking about. I know for sure that John Martin Park was a Mason, His wife Jessie Park (nee Forrester) was OES but I don't know what lodge. They lived in this area (shale miners)

Richard Park born about 1843-45 Bathgate, Died Dec. 2 1907 he lived at 45 High St. at the time. First wife Elizabeth Park (nee Rae), second wife Annie Park (nee Kirkland). My Great Great Grandfather.

John Martin Park born Aprill 11, 1874 Falkirk. Died March 8, 1944 Jersey City NJ. Married to Jessie Park (nee Forrester)
My Great Grandfather.

Thanks for looking into this for me Peter!

Brethren, I was glad to see your web site and enjoyed it greatly. Although I've only ran into Norrie and John lately at N0.48 it was nice to look at the names and the pictures of many other well kent faces. No.7 are at present trying to get our own web site off the ground & I'd like it to be as clean as your set up. Hope to attend one of your meetings soon, I'll try and drag my brother in law (Jim Williamson P.M.)away from the Polis!
Best wishes from all at Hamilton Kilwinning No.7,
Bro. Ian D. Gordon I.P.M.
